In other news, an unnamed English pro soccer manager, embroiled in an alleged blackmail case, will not be sanctioned by the Football (Soccer) Association. The court documents shows that he gambled over $1 million over two years. He lost over $300,000 over those two years including betting on his own sport. This goes against recent punishment to Ivan Toney who also bet on soccer games. Toney was banned from soccer for 8 months for gambling on soccer games. Many viewed this penalty as very harsh.
